Medieval music can bring your event to life. The sound of
bagpipes and hurdy gurdy can be heard across a large area, adding an extra dimension
to the experience of all your visitors.
Misericordia travel extensively in Britain and Europe, taking their
authentic costume and distinctive medieval tent to fairs, festivals,
castles and
halls, often working for organisations such as English Heritage and
Archeon. We also play as minstrels for authentic medieval banquets.
Like all our music, music for historical events is skillfully played on a wide range of authentic instruments, including hurdy
gurdy, bagpipes, gothic harp, citole, recorders and percussion.
An event without music is like a film without a soundtrack!
